MAT DGT Series Degassing Towers

It strips dissolved carbon dioxide from recirculating water and raises dissolved oxygen at the same time; in the DGT series the same vessel also holds a fixed bed of aerated PE media, so nitrification happens alongside gas exchange.

Yes — the food-grade polypropylene shell, Delrin fasteners and uPVC valves are specified for saltwater service.

The fixed media bed nitrifies alongside degassing; whether it covers your full ammonia load depends on the feed rate, so we check that when we size the tower.

Custom units are built to 10,000 m³/hr, and a vacuum configuration is available on request across the same flow range.
